Jaime Job is the CEO and Co-Founder of Amaze, where she leads the company's vision, strategy, and growth. With more than 35 years of experience spanning hotel operations, hospitality technology, consulting, and commercial strategy, she has built her career around helping hotel organizations make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.

Before founding Amaze, Jaime spent more than two decades advising hotel brands, management companies, and ownership groups through her consulting practice, helping hundreds of organizations improve performance through better reporting, stronger sales processes, and data-driven decision making. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Sheraton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she helped establish sales technology and commercial standards used across global hotel portfolios.

Jaime founded Amaze with a simple belief: hospitality leaders shouldn't have to work harder to find the answers they need. Today, she leads the company's mission to transform fragmented hotel data into actionable intelligence that empowers hotel teams to focus on what matters most.
